Who is it for?
If you wish to offer your cloud services to Public Administrations, it is necessary to obtain an AgID CSP Qualification.
The purpose of the certification is to ensure that the services offered meet the requirements defined in the circular No. 2 of April 9, 2018 by AgID. In addition to certified CSP entities, national strategic hubs and Cloud service providers of Lot 1 can also offer cloud services for PAs.
The CSP Qualification lists a set of requirements:

Security and reliability
Performance
Interoperability
These requirements are considered necessary for public digital services and will allow public administrations to use quality cloud infrastructures with homogeneous characteristics.
To achieve the CSP qualification and be included in the agid csp marketplace, simply submit your application on the AgID platform. After an examination by AgID, if the requirements are met, you will be included in the agid csp marketplace.
What does it involve?
Many of the requirements necessary to obtain the CSP qualification, in most cases, can be traced back to ISO/IEC standards, in particular:
ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC TR 20000-9 for organizational requirements.
ISO 9001 for technical support.
ISO/IEC 20000-2 for configuration management.
ISO/IEC 27002 and ISO/IEC 27035 for incident management.
ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, and ISO/IEC 27018 for security and privacy.
ISO/IEC 19086-1:2016 and ISO/IEC 22313 for performance.
It is also necessary to have experience or demonstrate competence in disaster recovery and change management; meet interoperability and portability requirements, guarantee certain service levels, and ensure legal compliance.
